Meet Jamie
Jamie is a tattoo artist and fine artist whose work explores the relationship between organic forms and the natural contours of the human body. Tattooing for over a decade, Jamie began her journey as a self-taught artist at just 16 years old, initially specializing in hand-poked tattoos before transitioning into professional tattooing under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Originally from Germany, Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration from the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. Her background in fine art, combined with years of tattooing experience, has led her to develop a distinctive freehand approach that allows each design to flow naturally with the body.
Since discovering Suminagashi—a traditional Japanese marbling technique where ink floats on water—in 2021, Jamie has been deeply inspired by the movement, spontaneity, and organic patterns found within the art form. These influences continue to shape her unique style and creative process.
