  • If you'd like to talk to our booking assistant instead of filling out the form, you can Call Us

  • If you are looking to get tattooed on the same day or within the next 2-3 days, you are considered a walk-in. Please refer to our walk-in form. 

  • The more info you provide, the better experience we can give you.

  • Make sure to include 1-3 photo references of your tattoo idea (style, subject, placement)

  • Please provide a valid email and phone number.

  • After submitting, please allow 1-2 days for a response from our booking admin.
