We’re Hiring a Studio Manager to Support Our Growing Team in Honolulu

Kapwa Tattoo Studio is seeking an organized and motivated Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale tattoo studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative, client-focused environment and support a talented team of resident and guest artists. As a Studio Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our studio runs smoothly, clients receive exceptional care, and our team is supported in delivering their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage studio operations, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Greet clients, assist with check-ins, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the studio.

  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.

  • Support the shop owner, artists, and guest artists with their needs.

  • Assist during studio events, including setup, coordination, and cleanup.

Requirements

  • Experienced in management, customer service, or operations (2+ years preferred).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Friendly and professional, with excellent communication skills.

  • Passionate about supporting a creative and dynamic team environment.

  • Familiar with scheduling tools and processes (experience with Acuity or similar platforms is a bonus).

Compensation & Perks

  • Pay: $22–$30/hour, based on experience.

  • Schedule: Full-time, with occasional weekends or evenings as needed.​
